The Old Blood Noise Expression Slider is a great alternative to an expression pedal, allowing you to adjust parameters of your favourite pedals on the fly without taking up tons of pedalboard space.
The Expression Slider isn't really built for manipulation with your foot - you're liable to damage it if you're too heavy footed. Instead, strap it to your mic stand to adjust your favourite setting without bending down, or keep it by your PC or studio console to control a parameter while tracking.
The Expression Slider requires a TRS jack to connect it to the expression input of your pedal. Use the slider as you would a knob or expression pedal.
Add functionality to gear that may have options not directly accessible from the front panel, for example hidden away in menus. The Expression Slider works with plenty of pedals, including all OBNE pedals as well as those from Chase Bliss, Meris, Earthquaker Devices, Empress, Montreal Assembly, Strymon, and EHX. It will not work with TS-style expression inputs such as Line6 without an additional TRS splitter cable.
I'll be away from my pedalboard over the festive period...but you can still browse!
I'll ship all outstanding orders on Friday 3rd January.
Happy new year!
