The Tone Bender is an iconic fuzz pedal that was originally conceived in 1965 as the UK's answer to Gibson's Maestro Fuzz-Tone but soon evolved its own identity in the hands of guitarists including Jimmy Page, Pete Townshend, Mick Ronson and Jeff Beck.
There are several versions of the Tone Bender pedal (as well as many clones and copies, of course), including the MkI, "Mk1.5", MkII, MkIII and MkIV.
