About the GREENHOUSE EFFECTS Sonic Orb

The Greenhouse Effects Sonic Orb is a versatile 4-stage analogue phaser in a pedalboard-friendly package.

The Sonic Orb features an innovative Q knob, which adjusts the frequency range the effect operates within, allowing you to dial in the perfect sound to complement your guitar or to emulate a specific classic phaser.

This is a smooth and musical phaser which really does add an extra dimension to your sound.

    Sonic Orb Controls

Rate Sets the speed of the phaser effect. Use in conjunction with the Fast/Slow toggle to achieve a wide range of speeds. When the toggle is in the middle position, the LFO (low frequency oscillation) is turned off and the Q control can be used to move the phasing point manually.

Depth Adjusts the intensity of the phaser effect, from subtle to brain-melting.

Q Adjusts the frequency range the effect operates within, from a bassier character to sharp and peaky (and plenty in between).

Volume Adjusts the output volume, utilising an internal op-amp section to allow you to boost the volume above unity, keeping your guitar forward in the mix.
