About the BLEAK DISTRICT ELECTRIC Terra Earthly Overdriver
The Bleak District Electric Terra is an overdrive pedal which combines both silicon and germanium diodes along with a JFET-buffered, boosted clean blend.
With up to +40dB of gain, this harmonically rich overdrive is more than happy to drive the front end of your valve amp, but it also excels at cleaner settings where it just adds an extra layer of depth and texture to your core sound.
Terra controls
At the centre of the Terra's design is the 8-way high-pass filter which can can alter the character of the overdrive quite considerably, ranging from loose and fuzzy to tight and bright.
The Clean control lets you dial in some of your clean sound to bring back definition, and makes this a great pedal for bass players too!
The Smooth control rounds off some of the top-end harmonics for a denser sound.
